I enjoyed reading your post. It is not often these days that anyone takes time to actually think about what they have read or heard on the streets or online.  I appreciate your frankness.  You have raised some interesting questions about auditory processing disorder and the diagnosis of it.  So, now you&#039;ve got my curiousity fired up!!

I have started a podcast series (http://deangeyer.podomatic.com) about reading difficulties.  I have interviewed my daughter and also her reading specialist.  I will be contacting the reading specialist this week to see if I can get some answers to the points you have raised for another podcast.  Should be pretty interesting.
